Required skills and competencies:

  • Education and/or experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, information technology, marketing, accounting/finance).
  • A minimum of 3 years’ significant experience on BI/analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated computer skills, word processing, database, and other applicable software programs
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Oracle EBS knowledge is a plus
  • Dynamics 365 CRM knowledge is a plus
  • SQL/VBA knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent in English, written & spoken.
  • Germany speaking & writing is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in performing tasks.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

The Commercial Analyst is at the centre point of EMEA commercial operations and drives insights for sales and marketing leadership through development and management of data analysis & business intelligence tools.

Main tasks:

  • Assists with EMEA sales analysis.
  • Prepares reports and updates tools for management.
  • Provides functional support to sales and marketing in CRM Microsoft dynamics 365 and Domo BI/Analytics platform for EMEA. Investigates & analyses reported defects, identifies new requirements, and works with IT to implement changes. Ensures that data is correct. Trains end users.
  • Design efficient solutions for sales and marketing leadership queries using our in-house reporting tools.
  • Manages the annual calculations and design of sales targets and territories allocations. Works closely with sales leadership to prepare and execute.
  • Leads improvements projects.
  • Provides workshops and presentations on both refresher information and new updates/launches on in-house tools.
  • Prepares pricing for all EMEA markets and assists with pricing approvals and margin calculations.
  • Manages Oracle master data and ensures data is correct.
  • Performs other related tasks, as required.
