We now have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Analyst to join our Investment & Development team based in Melbourne.
About the opportunity
The Commercial Analyst is responsible for performance analysis and reporting of development and investment feasibilities. This role will support the Development Managers in their development feasibilities, provide key stakeholders with timely and accurate information and analysis.
The role will provide the opportunity to work across the development life-cycle, whilst also gaining exposure to new business and capital transactions.
As an experienced Analyst, you will naturally exhibit a high level of attention to detail and combine this with a flair for critical thinking. Using your strong understanding of property metrics, particularly in relation to property development or investment, you will be able to deliver high quality presentation materials for stakeholders.
- Strong Excel modelling skills with experience working with Estate Master / Forbury
- 3-5 years’ experience in property sectors such as Office, Retail, Industrial, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Residential favourabl
Responsibilities:
- Assist the development managers in setting up development feasibilities using Estate Master Development Feasibility (DF) and/or Investment models using Forbury. This will apply to new business developments and developments in delivery.
- Review key assumptions, provide critical analysis and ensuring consistency in accordance with ISPT development guidelines.
- Assist with the calculation of levered and unlevered project IRR, 10-year IRR.
