ACTIVELY EVOLVE THE SI ANALYTIC CAPABILITIES

Actively support the continued evolution of SI analytics products (e.g. RADRS, OpenSI…) to match or anticipate users’ needs. Support yearly roadmap definition and implementation e.g. define business use cases, assess new data sources, help define objectives, audience and new features, standardize and productionize analytics, testing and feedback.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR – REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree (preferable in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or similar)
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with good verbal and written communications skills
  • Solid business understanding with proven ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights from there
  • Extensive products knowledge (JTI & Competitor) across Combustibles & RRP
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in analyzing market dynamic and working with variety of data sources (e.g. Nielsen, IRI…), KPIs calculation, reporting and insights generation
  • Solid Project management experience
  • Solid background on statistical analysis methodologies, data modeling, and visualization tools (Power BI…)
  • Management of Retail audit, Incidence and Consumer KPIs , making commercial sense out of the numbers and connecting the dots to generate meaningful insights
  • Strong technical skills, with genuine interest on how technology can optimize and streamline processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills able to work with multiple stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, as well as efficient to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Empathetic and assertive with stakeholders, training and redirecting them to existing tools and guidelines

Responsibilities:

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Commercial Insights & Analytics Manager is a crucial role in the insights generation process, accountable for creating the insightful connections that allow us to understand our business and make consumer centric decisions, from the preparation, analysis to the final reporting for our Top Management and Key stakeholders. While ensuring data accuracy and efficiency, He/She will be in charge of connecting data with insights, bringing commercial perspective and generating accurate, engaging and easy to understand outcomes in form of reports or ad-hoc presentations
He / She would leverage in his/her business knowledge and understanding of data, KPIs and global tools to constantly evolve the analytical tools in close collaboration with Commercial Insights & Analytics managers and Global IT.
