Description:
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 3 years of contract negotiation and management experience, preferably in the fire industry sector.
- In-depth knowledge of UK contract law.
- Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) with a focus on commercial or contract law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and teamwork skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow.
- Desirable: Experience in engineering consultancy or the construction industry, pursuing or completing a master’s degree (LLM) in construction law or related field.

- Monitor contract compliance, track performance metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to contract management.
