PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

This role demands a strong sense of independence, initiative, and self-motivation, as you will primarily be working solo on designated tasks. However, you will also maintain regular communication with local colleagues and engage in international correspondence with team members in the United States and Germany. Additionally, interaction with stakeholders is part of the job, so effective communication skills are essential. You will be responsible for overseeing all activities independently, and your ability to facilitate high-quality discussions will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities:

PLAY A CENTRAL ROLE AS COMMERCIAL APPLICATION IT LEAD

In your role, your primary duties will involve aiding Bavarian Nordic’s commercial division through IT project implementations and advancing system utilization post-launch. This encompasses tasks related to system implementation, improvements, and operational management.
As Commercial Application IT Lead, you will work closely together with your stakeholders in Commercial Operations (Com. Ops.) located in Hellerup. However, your stakeholders will also include Marketing located in Bern (Switzerland) and country leadership in the US and Germany.
Your workplace will be at the Tuborg Havn headquarters, set in a contemporary and architecturally stimulating office setting, offering scenic views of Øresund.
You will be reporting directly to Nina Petersen, the Senior Manager of Administration Applications.

Our ideal candidate for this role can tick off several of the following qualifications:

  • A relevant educational background (minimum a bachelor’s degree), perhaps within Commercial or IT. Hiring Managers are open to considering a variety of educational backgrounds if paired with relevant experience
  • You have preferably 5-10 years of experience as an “application specialist”, “business analyst”, CRM or PromoMats Business Process Manager/Specialist, or similar supporting systems in commercial within a regulated industry, preferably life science or pharma
  • Keen on the digital journey (Marketing Cloud, DAM e.g.)
  • Experience with PromoMats and CRM
  • You have implemented best practice processes, preferably within Veeva (Salesforce-based)
  • Project Management capabilities
  • You are fluent in English both verbally and in writin
