We have an opportunity available for an energetic and driven Commercial Associate to join a successful four-person Commercial Banking team in providing unbeatable service to commercial clients within Central Auckland. This is a full-time, permanent position based at ASB’s North Wharf building.
Te tūranga | The role:

As a Commercial Associate, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain proactive customer contact through personalised and meaningful conversations, to drive best in class customer service and satisfy your customers’ needs;
• Support your clients’ transactional banking requirements and provide operational support to the Relationship Team;
• Partner with specialists across the bank, including Global Markets, Trade, Onboarding, Asset Finance etc, to provide tailored solutions to a diverse range of clients;
• Build your Commercial Banking expertise, assisting the Relationship Team by inputting financial statements for credit submissions and reviews;
• Develop your relationship management skills, with support of the team, by understanding and resolving customer queries and complaints with appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
