Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Portfolio Manager to join Wells Fargo’s Restaurant Finance team which specializes in providing financing for multi-unit branded retail businesses (primarily restaurants and convenience stores) that have a regional or national presence. This Portfolio Manager’s duties will include providing transaction support for new business origination working within established risk management guidelines and partnering with other members of the business development and portfolio management teams. This role will also have responsibility for developing strategies to create efficiencies around credit and origination data maintenance and reporting. This candidate will have experience with mid-to-large corporate financing transactions and should be prepared to contribute to some more complex transactions, including those with investment banking/capital markets components. This candidate will be part of a deal team and may participate in structuring and underwriting, and will be involved in the credit approval and monitoring processes. This candidate will have regular interaction with Restaurant Finance senior leadership and credit partners. This team member will be trained and mentored by more senior portfolio team members.
