JOB DESCRIPTION

U.S. Bank has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager to solicit, develop, and service a wide variety of real estate commercial loans. This person will grow revenue as directed by senior management by successfully prospect for new business and retain and expand existing relationships. They will be responsible for large and complex real estate loans, including real estate investments, income property, development, construction loans, etc. Sustains profitability and growth of portfolio.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting or other related field
  • Five or more years of commercial real estate experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Advanced knowledge and experience in commercial real estate loan portfolios and relation to industry
  • Strong leadership and strategic management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
