    The ASB Commercial Banking team look after middle-market business customers and are committed to providing the best business offering to New Zealand; through getting to know our customers businesses and understanding their needs to help them realise their goals and ambitions.
    We’re looking for a Commercial Relationship Manager to join our West Auckland Commercial Banking team, responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with commercial customers on a particular portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Commercial Manager your role will assist with business development and acquisition through the development of strong local networks.
  • You will also have the ability to drive strong customer engagement and retention through your thorough understanding of customer needs and the development of solutions.
  • Equally important will be your focus on maintaining the profitability of a complex and growing portfolio, whilst upholding strong risk and control standards.
  • A natural leader and mentor, you will also relish the opportunity to develop direct reports, as you will be responsible for management of the relationship team, including a Commercial Account Manager and Commercial Associate.
