Description:

Your role
To provide excellent proactive phone based account management to Allstar VISA customers (within agreed metrics) with the ultimate aim of growing the spend volume and value of customers through commercial awareness, sales acumen and customer service excellence. The key aspect of this role is that 80% of time will be spent on the telephone (both proactive and reactive calls) with the remainder being spent on administrative activities.

Commercial Cards Account Executive

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Be a point of contact (proactive and reactive) for your customer portfolio to maintain and grow current revenue streams from each customer through effective upsell, issues resolution, and new opportunity identification.
Provide the Team Manager with internal support, as required on ad-hoc activities or key business initiatives. Including reporting and portfolio reviews

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Good customer management and sales experience, particularly in working with large SME customer organisations.
Exceptional relationship skills with the ability to influence customer decisions; through phone based, and email communication
Self-motivated, proactive and disciplined, with good time management skills to ensure customers are professionally and efficiently managed in line with the customer service charter.
Focus on delivering results (revenue and volume targets) with sound commercial awareness.
Strong understanding of financial and commercial drivers and impact of service provision to deliver them.
Maintain up to date knowledge of industry and technology developments and involvement in networking opportunities.
Work in collaboration with the others across the organisation to drive the best results for your customer portfolio.
