Description:

An exciting opportunity currently exists for a full-time experienced Site Administrator within our Commercial Construction division.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Project Documentation Management: Review and distribute project drawings, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of information to project teams
  • Collation of Timesheets / Labour Control, ensuring accurate and timely processing in compliance with company policies
  • Assist in both pre-construction and post-construction phases: Including document preparation, scheduling, and compliance checks
  • Stationery control
  • Aconex or Project Centre downloads and distribution
  • Drawing register control
  • RFI register and control
  • Filing of various documentation (ITP’s, SWMS, purchases, Subcontractor information)
  • Ensure quality control of all office systems
  • Project team assistance not only limited to leading hands, foreman, supervisors, and project managers.
  • Maintenance of employee registers
  • Input data for production control
  • Collection of data sheets and preparation and submittal of manuals for O&M Manuals

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction administration
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination
  • Proficiency in payroll administration
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • A Certificate III in Business Administration as well as experience in the electrical/construction industry would be highly regarded
