Description:

An exciting opportunity currently exists for a full-time experienced Site Administrator within our Commercial Construction division.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Project Documentation Management: Review and distribute project drawings, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of information to project teams
- Collation of Timesheets / Labour Control, ensuring accurate and timely processing in compliance with company policies
- Assist in both pre-construction and post-construction phases: Including document preparation, scheduling, and compliance checks
- Stationery control
- Aconex or Project Centre downloads and distribution
- Drawing register control
- RFI register and control
- Filing of various documentation (ITP’s, SWMS, purchases, Subcontractor information)
- Ensure quality control of all office systems
- Project team assistance not only limited to leading hands, foreman, supervisors, and project managers.
- Maintenance of employee registers
- Input data for production control
- Collection of data sheets and preparation and submittal of manuals for O&M Manuals
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction administration
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination
- Proficiency in payroll administration
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- A Certificate III in Business Administration as well as experience in the electrical/construction industry would be highly regarded
