Description:
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- The ability to identify problems, propose solutions and drive through to resolution with minimum of supervision
- Experience in vendor and contract management is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience of stakeholder relationship management
- Communication, negotiation and analytics skills; strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English
- Familiarity with best practice vendor management frameworks, including performance management, relationship management, commercial management and risk management
- Strong team player, able to work in a global team in a matrix organization with strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ongoing contract management and governance including review and optimization of contracts, management and resolution of commercial issues, dispute resolution, renewal, exit management and execution of all contract changes including any due to new regulatory or Deutsche Bank policy requirements
- Work with stakeholders, to adhere to the frameworks, policies and procedures to minimise risks, promote sustainable outcomes, reduce costs and protect the value of the contract
- Ensure support for the Global Procurements Core Infrastructure Team governance and administration, including support for contract changes, executive briefings, decks preparation, inputs gathering, meeting minutes and follow ups. Also responsible for conducting supply base research, perform contract analytics and summarise their findings, with insights, collate monthly SLA/ KPI reports for required suppliers from relevant sources, to share with team members. Work closely with CC&SRM Managers to implement all Commercial Contract & Supplier Relationship Management processes.
- Work closely with sourcing colleagues within Global Procurement to ensure that new contracts are fully understood and contain all required tools and controls to allow for the effective management of the relationship going forward, minimizing value leakage over time
- Act as a key liaison for internal and/or external supplier audits and provide regular reports relating to risks/issues, disputes and change notes
