Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

The successful incumbent will provide project coordination and admin support to the Asia Commercial Sales, Marketing, Distribution and Loyalty (SMDL) team including Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Digital, Loyalty, Guest Experience and Communications activities, which in turn will drive seamless efficiencies and create synergies across various departments.
Primary Responsibilities :

  1. Departmental Purchase Order Management
  • Manage the commercial team’s purchase orders such as creation, distribution and invoicing via Concur
  • Monitor and track all commercial team costs and expenses
  • Manage and update all Asia purchase orders and invoices
  1. Project Coordination and Administrative Duties
  • Provide support to the commercial team in special projects, such as preparing presentations, coordinating events/ webinars, conducting research, etc.
  • Organize and coordinate Sales, Marketing, Distribution and Loyalty (SMDL)-related meetings including preparing of agenda, minutes taking and ensuring that all projects, actions and outcomes are communicated and followed up
  • Travel arrangements (i.e. air tickets, accommodation, visa, etc.) for the Commercial executive leadership team
  • Ensure that all database and records (contacts distribution list, SOP, etc.) are maintained and updated in a timely manner
  • Manage and distribute communications (memos and announcements) to hotels and relevant stakeholders
