Description:

We are looking for a Commercial Development Manager (x|f|m) to join the Sales ATS Central EMEA team home based in Northern France, Belgium, Netherlands or Germany (Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH). In this new established position, you will be responsible for all sales results of Advanced Therapy Solutions products in Central Europe and for developing strong customer relations according to the organizational strategy for the assigned customer base. The team consists of four professionals and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you.

  • Promote the organization’s products and services in specific geographic areas or accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the organization’s strategic goals for market growth
  • Actively promote and drive the market introduction of new innovative products and services, ensuring their successful adoption and implementation
  • Achieve specific targets for gaining product specifications within the cell/gene-therapy and DNA/RNA therapeutics manufacturing processes
  • Maintain relationships with customers throughout the clinical pipeline lifecycle, post-initial specification win, to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and execute detailed account plans, coordinating necessary resources and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance market presence and win business
  • Participate in marketing activities within the assigned territory and keep the CRM updated with accurate customer and sales opportunity data

What will convince us

  • You have a bachelor or master degree in life sciences or engineering
  • You have several years of sales experience with preferable laboratory / process-based experience in Life Science
  • You are a proactive personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic, results-orientated working environment
  • Good teamwork skills and proven ability to also work with cross-functional teams
  • You have proven software skills, e.g. Microsoft Office
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%
