Description:

The company specializes in the sphere of B2B services and products, catering to a wide range of clients including large licensed brokers, crypto exchanges, crypto brokers, forex brokers, hedge and crypto funds, and professional managers. B2Broker’s advanced base of ready-to-use technical solutions enables brokers to save time and money on consuming infrastructure projects and focus on enlarging their client base and increasing their revenues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in commercial leadership roles within growing international companies;
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Direct oversight of Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Technical Support Departments (manage a team of approximately 120 professionals located in different countries);
  • Develop and execute strategic plans based on metrics to drive revenue growth and enhance market position;
  • Set clear performance objectives and KPIs, monitoring progress and implementing corrective measures;
  • Review and enhance the internal processes and procedures;
  • Review and enhance the motivation structures for the aforementioned departments;
  • Review the organizational and reporting structure and make necessary adjustments;
  • Implement the learning and development procedures;
  • Create a strategy to increase client satisfaction metrics;
  • Evaluate the existing team leads;
  • Participate in the implementation of the salesforce;
  • Create a unified list of business processes;
  • Drive the digitalisation and business process automation initiatives for the departments under director oversight;
  • Along with the Finance Department develop a budget for the departments and ensure its execution;
  • Align commercial initiatives with company goals and objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach across departments;
  • Implement performance improvement initiatives based on financial metrics to drive continuous growth and success.
