Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to determine the scope of each project, price jobs, invoice jobs, manage jobs, approve vendor invoices, etc.
- Analyze blueprints to determine wire lengths as well as suitable outlet placement based on electrical codes
- Research market prices to determine the amount, type, and cost of materials and fixtures needed for each electrical project
- Review subcontractor and vendor quotes for accuracy
- Determine the amount of labor required to complete each project
- Assess the potential profitability of electrical projects to assist management in making sound bidding decisions
- Complete and submit competitive project bids in accordance with established guidelines
- Perform Project Management on awarded jobs and assist others when not estimatin
