Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will play a pivotal role in supporting our team’s mission to drive business decision-making through data-driven insights. You will be responsible for analyzing performance and key trends across our franchise brands, providing clear, accurate, and diagnostic analysis that can be easily interpreted by stakeholders across the organization. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping brand planning and strategy development, as well as supporting day to day operations, launch planning and execution. We are flexible to offer part time (0.8) to the right candidate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop comprehensive analytic reports across disease/condition portfolios to support business needs.
- Utilize market, competitor, and brand performance insights to propose strategic recommendations.
- Develop decision models and forecasting models to support strategic planning
- Provide technical expertise to analyze potential new product acquisitions, design launch KPIs and provide quarterly reporting on launch performance
- Manage supplier relationships for data analytics and supply chain
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on product supply and demand tracking.
- Drive Sales Force effectiveness processes and sales initiatives requiring analytical input including, territory structures, target setting, performance KPI setting and tracking
- Lead delivery of Sales Incentive Program process
- Champion local CRM and support sales force execution through data-driven insights.
