  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills to identify key insights, value creation opportunities and process or performance improvements, which are all subsequently deployed back into the campaign planning process.
  • Strong report writing and presentation skills with excellent knowledge of presentation tools
  • Demonstrable knowledge of and interest in the real money gaming landscape of suppliers & competitors.
  • A quick learner and capable of striving in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident in using excel to analyse data
  • A proactive attitude with a desire to win.
  • B2C marketing experience desired but not essential.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW/PURPOSE:

Reporting to the Live Casino Commercial Manager, the Paddy Power Commercial Executive – Live Casino will be Dublin based and responsible for the ideation, planning, co-ordination and analysis of all campaign & promotional activity across Paddy Power Live Casino. You will be accountable for the effective Marketing of customer segments. Working with the Live Casino Commercial Manager, you will have responsibility for delivering the full promotional lifecycle and promotional calendar, from conception through to the delivery to a customer. Creative thinking on how to drive revenue and customer growth will be required, along with an ability to translate ideas into action.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver best in class marketing campaigns, through efficient and value-adding investment of a large marketing budget; covering all opportunities within the sporting calendar and the product roadmap.
  • Develop, plan and implement promotions and campaigns across all customer segments and lifecycles.
  • Ensure marketing budgets are adhered to; creating campaigns which are efficient and provides a return on investment
  • Work closely with Customer Marketing, our dedicated studio supplier, and Operations teams, ensuring all promotions and campaigns are delivered on time and as planned.
  • Ensure promotional material is aligned to brand guidelines and follows advertising & regulatory standards.
  • Effectively identify and handle any risks within areas of responsibility, taking overall ownership for a promotion from concept to execution.
  • Work closely with brand to ensure there is consistency of message across all offsite and onsite touchpoints.
  • Constantly stay abreast of industry and competitor activities to ensure that we are staying ahead of the game.
  • Ensure regular A/B tests are planned and reported in a timely manner to test, learn and grow.
  • Report on the efficiency of promotional activity to drive future decision making
  • Regularly liaise with colleagues in the Gaming team to ensure shared learning, best practises, latest techniques and consistency with marketing efforts.
