Description:
Robert Walters have partnered with a global FMCG organisation based in Chertsey, Surrey, who are looking to recruit a Commercial Finance Analyst to join a fast paced, thriving team.
Reporting into the Commercial Finance Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring all commercial deals are booked and offers agreed within the agreed SLA. The successful individual will be responsible for the balance sheet reconciliations for the commercial deals and will involve liaising with stakeholders, both internally and externally to ensure information is correct.
Further duties include:
- Ensure that all bookings are processed and offers issued are approved by the business
- Ensure fair and accurate accrual bookings in line with accounting standards.
- Responsibility for the management of the balance sheet reconciliation and aging clearance.
- Review all bookings post-promotion and calculate any P&L / BS impact for reported sales.
- Manage the process of accounting for sales deductions.
- Working with AR team to validate and process of customer claims received and management of account accruals.
- Support Commercial Finance Manager with data requests.

- Proven track record in demonstrating accountability and ownership; proactive approach.

On offer for this 12 Month Contract role is:
Salary range of £32,000 - £36,000 + bonus (circa 10%)
