Description:

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related area.
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis (FP&A), or related area
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ / C1)
  • High proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, SAP and PowerPoint.
  • Strong knowledge of finance / analytics. Capacity for innovation.
  • Ability to think strategically, with strong influencing and leadership skills, must demonstrate financial responsibility and reliability.
  • Ability to make quick decisions, use good judgment, and ask relevant questions.
  • Demonstrate commercial competence.

Responsibilities:

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of GBS HR. This Lead Finance Manager role will business partner with a cross-functional team to provide beneficial support in driving the growth of our portfolio.
Reports to: Senior Finance Manager
Reporting Level: Management
Geographic Scope: United States

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Support/lead the development of financial modeling and provide scenario analyses to drive commercial business decisions. Must be able tooperate effectively under pressure and in ambiguous environment.
  • Participate in the monthly forecasting and closing processes. Identify standard methodologies and standardize where possible.
  • Build and sustain strong business partnering relationships across the Revenue Growth Management, Operations and Trade functions
  • Lead brand analytics to improve the return on brand investments and develop recommendations for investment optimization.
  • Develop and present analytics to the organization that highlights business risks and opportunities. Accountable for team routines measuring keytopline Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop robust reporting package and critical metrics to support the on-going management of our business.
  • Contribute to Monthly Brand Review by developing valuable financial insights. Responsible for performance and documentation of various internalcontrols.
  • Provide leadership and coordination to drive continuous department/ improvement in execution. Assist/lead special projects as needed.
