Our Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a Commercial Manager to help drive volume and profitability across the category through the total P&L across our Dairy category. You will act as the finance liaison to provide support for the Integrated Business Planning as well as managing financial performance and providing advisory support.

In order to achieve this, your key responsibilities will include:

• Partner with the Dairy team to ensure delivery of strategic objectives and provide commercial management across new business opportunities and risk mitigation
• Provide insight & analysis to Dairy business performance, including managing commodity pricing, risk/opportunities, and projects versus business case
• Lead the financial input into tenders, capex and growth opportunities

About You
In order to make this role a success, we are looking for an experienced finance professional who can demonstrate strong financial acumen as well as a strategic mindset and the ability to influence key stakeholders, translating complex information to push for better results.

Specifically, some of the experiences and skillsets we are looking for include:

• Strong planning / forecasting process management, along with experience in financial modelling
• CA/CPA, or MBA qualified (desired)
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry is essential, an understanding of the dairy industry would be useful
• Strong business partnering skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations
