Description:

SUMMARY

Externally oriented Finance Business Partner for 2 Therapeutic Areas providing (a) decision support to TA Heads to maximize growth and generate impact from investments, (b) Co-managing the Brand/TA P&Ls, (c) FP&A for TAs & Select Functions & (d) Drive AI and digital finance projects in AU

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Commercial Finance experience
  • Functional Breadth.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively drive performance and carry out value-added analyses on financial data including launch business cases, impact from investments, benchmarking etc.
  • Drive Investor mindset within the TAs to support resource allocation based on product lifecycle
  • Support the organization’s leadership team with financial analysis (including Risks and Opportunities analysis), cost analysis and control and drive corrective actions.recommend short -and long-term targets
  • Deliver core management reporting and financial planning processes to ensure the effective and timely delivery of insightful, recurring or ad-hoc financial information.
  • Design and maintain early warning systems for financial tracking, ensuring accurate advance warning for all financial results.
  • Manage the execution of regional / global strategies for own part of the organization and the correct and timely implementation of BPA processes and policies and ensure adherence thereof.
  • Drive Financial literacy across the organization
