As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you’ll play a highly visible role in supporting key stakeholders and shaping and influencing finance and commercial outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive both organic and inorganic growth agendas, working closely with the Managing Director New Zealand & Fiji and collaborating with colleagues across various teams.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
- Fully qualified ACA/CPA supported by a tertiary degree
- 7+ years of accounting and finance experience
- Business partnering experience in a multinational corporate
- Strong financial planning and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:
- Act as a Finance Business Partner, providing commercial expertise into delivering Customer Portfolio, Revenue, Margin, and Profit outcomes
- Shape and influence decisions that drive growth in the Pacific Region
- Ensure Finance transactional support aspects are delivered to a high standard
- Lead and motivate a high performing team culture
- Support professional and career development of direct reports
- Participate in recruitment and induction processes
- Partner with the NZ/FJ Managing Director to achieve targeted whole of business outcomes
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Regional Managers on growth initiatives and P&L management
- Undertake financial evaluations of innovations, tracking delivery and identifying required course correction in a timely manner
- Lead the monthly financial close and reporting cycle
- Evaluate monthly forecasts and drive the preparation of annual budgets and functional operating plans
- Develop and report KPIs to monitor business progress against strategic targets
- Ensure governance standards are embedded within the organisation
- Liaise with Internal and External Audit on business results and processes
- Contribute to the development of financial planning/reporting systems
