As it is , I am supporting my client to source a Commercial General Manager in Dubai.
Candidate must be fluent oral speaking in Arabic and good Mandarin. You can come from locally, Or can be overseas Chinese person who can speak both language and better to explore this market.
Candidate age within 46 years old.
Salary budget including basic salary + performance bonus, commission shall be detailed talking if necessary but not included in this budget.
Candidate previous sales industry background should be experienced in Home Appliances , Air-conditioning appliances, Cleaning appliances like dishwasher/fridge or House building materials like Ceiling, Tile, Door, Window, Lock, Glass, Lighting, Floor, Kitchen, Wallpaper.
Clients channel type should be familiar with development and management of distributor /industrial client / supermarket /E-commerce.
Candidate should be proficient in market analysis, brand promotion, marketing planning, channel development, customer relationship management, public relations management.

My client is a diversified and innovative enterprise, headquarter based in China, with over 20 years’ history, focusing on home hardware, business including functional hardware, furniture fittings, door and window hardware, kitchen and bathroom hardware, decorative hardware, smart hardware, and outdoor furniture, dedicated to creating one-stop full house high-end hardware solutions for global users.

They already had some connections with local Dubai distributors and got some track record each year but still need to explore more business. That’s why now they plan to hire a local GM to set an office in Dubai.

Reporting line will be BU GM who is a Chinese and normally based in headquarter China. He managed the whole product line BU including overseas office and domestic sales team.

This role, candidates should be solid on sales team management. from 0-1-10 to set up your sales team, with good track record of sales( at least 50million USD per year sales revenue scope)

Product lines will be focused on Faucets and Sinks. Slide, drawer, Hinge.

Clients type should be familiar with development and management of distributor /industrial clients/supermarket/ E-commerce

Working language needs frequent oral Arabic, good Mandarin.

Under the guidance of the BU GM head to formulate the overseas market sales policy, leading the sales team to complete the annual product promotion, overseas market development and market sales tasks, to fully achieve the annual sales targets of the branch, and continue to improve sales capacity and market competitiveness.
