REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proven experience within a technology or retail environment
  • ⁠Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness and capability to travel, visiting stores and suppliers as the job requires
  • ⁠Relevant educational background, such as a degree in business administration or technology-related field, is advantageous, but not essential

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a technology contact for the Commercial Initiatives team and for the wider business around in-store fixture technology solutions
  • Work closely with technology suppliers to define and develop solutions and unlock opportunities for new commercial initiatives using technology
  • Collaborate with designers, brands and stakeholders to understand technology requirements and contribute to the design process
  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, documenting processes, and maintaining records, including managing the spares inventory and ensure that all assets are accounted for and properly maintained
  • Attend and contribute to all category workstreams, design projects and retail forums
  • ⁠Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure that all activities align with delivery to store, keeping closely aligned with the category project managers
  • ⁠Provide support for fixture technology systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • ⁠Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of retail technology trends and advancements, using a mixture of store visits, wider retail research and trade show attendance
  • ⁠Foster strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
