Our client is a prominent national commercial law firm. They offer a comprehensive range of legal services to a diverse array of clients, including large public and private entities, government agencies, and individuals. The Firm is seeking a Commercial Lawyer with experience in Technology, IP, Data and Privacy law.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years + PAE
- Experience in drafting commercial contracts and other arrangements regarding licensing, technology, IP and data issues
- a commercial, client-centric approach;
- an interest in business and the business of the clients with whom you work
- Sound knowledge of data and privacy lawyers, as well as general corporate and commercial law experience
