YOUR SKILLS PROFILE

• 3+ years PAE in commercial litigation;
• Knowledge of the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 1999;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to manage a diverse range of matters at once;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; and
• Fast learner and someone adaptable to change.

Your new role will see you conducting civil proceedings, where you will provide specialist representation and provide high quality advice on dispute resolution procedures across a number of areas of law including:

• commercial disputes
• construction disputes/sub-contractors charges
• real property disputes
• repossession
• debt recovery
• insolvency
• property damage claims
• defamation and
• false imprisonment, malicious prosecution and misfeasance claims
