YOUR SKILLS PROFILE

• 3+ years PAE in commercial litigation;
• Strong dispute resolution experience;
• A demonstrated ability to draft clear, concise, correct, and commercial advice and documents;

Joining their litigation practice, you will work closely with two senior partners acting for a diverse range of clients including developers, corporations, liquidators, lobby groups and individuals.
You will have the opportunity to work on a range of disputes including contract disputes, equitable claims, as well as insurance, agricultural and property disputes.
