REQUIREMENTS

• You will have experience in handling your own commercial litigation matters
• You will be 2+ years PQE, with exposure in these matters.
• You should have good technical knowledge and be an organised individual
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• You will enjoy working in a challenging, fast moving and professional environment
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package

• The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, 2+ years PQE, into their Brighton office in East Sussex.
• You will have a strong background in broad commercial disputes ideally with some experience in property litigation/real estate litigation.
• The team is experienced throughout landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes and land rights. You will be undertaking a caseload consisting of MNW/HNW work, giving you fantastic caseload exposure within one of the region’s most reputable firms.
• You will be joining a legal 500 ranked firm / department pushing the reputation of the practice to its full potential.
