Description:
A well-established law firm are currently on the lookout for a Junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their office in London. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile litigation matters under the guidance of experienced partners and senior associates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
- Collaborate with clients, counsel, and expert witnesses to develop effective litigation strategies.
- Provide sound legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of commercial disputes.
- Assist in the negotiation and drafting of settlement agreements and other legal documents.
