Commercial Manager

We are a Marine related industry company who is looking for suitable candidate to join us as an Commercial Manager.
Responsibilites & Requirements:
Good knowledge in fire-fighting systems and lifesaving appliances industry
Coordinate/Liaise with and advise Customer on enquiries and quotations independently and professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Words & Excel
Matured and able to interact with all level of staff and work independently
Maintain proper filing systems for Completed Jobs and others
Update of Daily Job Progress Table
Coordinate/Liaise with Customer on enquiries and quotations independently
Prepare of Quotations and Service Reports
Coordinate/Liaise with Vendors, to issue Purchase Order
Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc duties given from time-to-time
Meticulous and ability to multitask is essential
Able to work during weekends/public holiday.
Minimum 3 year of relevant experience preferred.
No relevant experience may apply.
