Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • You will be the regional commercial leader for Stryker’s tenders, contracts & pricing offense.
  • You will lead and drive cross divisional engagement and collaboration opportunities.
  • You will be responsible for the Management of the Commercial Department [tenders, contracts & pricing].
  • You will drive effective implementation and compliance to end to end tender processes.
  • You will be responsible for Contract management of all tender contracts.
  • You will guarantee the effective execution of the annual pricing calendar activities with the divisions.
  • You will develop and maintaining solid relationships with key tender authority customers.
  • You will leverage current resource and technology capabilities across the region and share best practice.
  • Together with the divisions, you will develop commercial models for customers and Indirect Channels.
  • You will provide the business with thought leadership on the evolving procurement & tender landscape and propose future operating models to effectively capture the business.
  • You will lead the monthly commercial meetings and provide updates to the business on tenders, contracts and pricing activities.
  • You will drive visibility of direct and indirect tenders by ensuring 100% compliance to NEXUS by the tenders and contracts teams in the country. Ensure the tender team uploads all tenders into NEXUS.
  • You will drive contract compliance visibility with effective tools, and proactively engage with the divisions and commercial teams to measure and action contract compliance performance.
  • You will supports the COE EA|MA|GA with representation on local trade associations where required.
  • You will drive a Franchise approach partnership with the tenders and contracts teams.
  • You will ensure effective deployment of resources and allocation of responsibility in the tender and contracts teams.
  • You will ensure timely maintenance and refresh of the tender content library.
  • You will drive continuous review and improvement of processes to drive customer satisfaction.
  • You will drive the Stryker culture, mission and values in all team meetings in the region.
  • You will maintains highest levels of engagement across all teams and supports them with their development.
  • You will drive the Stryker talent offense strategy across the region.
