They deliver construction projects for a variety of private and public sector clients. Their teams have extensive experience and an excellent reputation of working in partnership with clients, across a diverse sector base, such as local authority and central government frameworks.
The Role
We are recruiting for a Commercial Manager who can demonstrate their ability to run a division of £70m within High Rise residential projects in London. As Commercial Manager in this environment, will understand the tight logistics that a London site can offer together with the challenges that comes with it
We seek a Commercial Manager who can demonstrate a main contractor background, running schemes from inception through to completion with values of £15m to £50m. As a Commercial Manager you will be responsible for the financial control of these projects.
Ideally you will have run design & Build, new build schemes within the high rise residential sector. You will be accountable for value engineering the project and will be used to suggesting for cost and time effective solutions to get the project completed.
You will also be used to liaising with government and local authority departments and will be comfortable with chairing meeting face to face with varying different levels of audience both in number and stature.
Qualifications & Experience

Residential new build construction is a must for this role. You will have been in a commercial management role previously and will be able to show previous organisation of running multi projects and site teams. Monthly reporting, final accounts and all other weekly monthly and yeary reporting will need to be completed.
