Tasks

  • You ensure commercial expertise in the Chocolate & Coffee business area
  • You create commercial concepts for customer projects and support and advise the sales team
  • You are responsible for the commercial management of customer projects
  • You develop and negotiate framework agreements, financing concepts, non-disclosure agreements and other contracts in collaboration with Financial and Legal Services
  • You conduct commercial customer and supplier negotiations and intervene in the event of contractual disruptions
  • You will carry out operational risk management (ORM) assessments and reporting with the involvement of the responsible decision-making bodies within the Group
  • You are responsible for the continuous development of commercial management in the business area
  • You will be responsible for the management of accounts receivable, ensuring that payments are received on time
  • You will be actively involved in Group-wide projects

Required qualifications

  • Degree (Uni, FH, HF, MBA) in business administration/law or commercial education with appropriate further training (export manager, higher professional examination, etc.)
  • Good understanding of international contract law and export financing aspects, including taxes, sanction regulations, compliance, logistics, etc.
  • Proven track record in negotiations or projects with international customers
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar environment
  • Initiative, entrepreneurial and team-oriented personality
  • Strong leadership and social skills as well as diplomacy and negotiation skills
  • High degree of independence, assertiveness and stress resistance
  • Very good communication skills in German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
  • Willingness for occasional business trips
