JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage commercial and contractual activities within the project efficiently and effectively
• Providing feedback from the field related to competition, distribution channels, suppliers and products.
• Position self as a resource and leader for the overall development of the organization
• Responsible for project planning, resource allocation, budget, steering committee leadership and project team organizational structure management
• Identify areas of risk and methods of mitigation for projects.
• Assist in managing contractual and commercial disputes
• Participates in project budget reviews and provide advice when required.
• Prepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, variations and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Perform contracts administration including quotation, cost accounting, tenders and contract documentation
• Provide advice and information to projects on contractual and commercial matters
• Perform all duties in accordance with CCCC polices, processes, systems, reporting and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and minimum of ten years of experience in contracts management
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and methodical approach to work
• Excellent written, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze contractual and legal issues and provide solutions using appropriate problem-solving techniques
• Proficient and competent in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel.
• Have LTA and SMRT Experience will be advantage
