Description:
Our department Asset Based Contracts Departments within Uniper Kraftwerke GmbH in Düsseldorf is looking for YOU!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and negotiate existing gas contracts and various asset based contracts for our market power plants in Germany
- Secure optimized processes and steer fuel supply, incl. contract management, invoicing and stakeholdermanagement
- Develop and optimize fuel supply within existing regulatory framework
- Support contract management and billing (middle office function) while you identify and evaluate contract related risks and opportunities
- Ensure efficient management of day-to-day handling contracts with customers and co-shareholders
- Provide commercial input for reporting & planning (MTP)
- Management of CO2 Certificates of the reserve power plants and monthly reporting of e.g. oil data, inventory, yearly avoided grid fees
- Support new business initiatives for grid stability with e.g. batteries, flexible reserve plants and hydrogen
