Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing in conjunction with the Group Directors and Lead Director/s, financial plans for sustained earnings growth which are aligned with NSW Planning and National heritage strategic goals;
  • Actively contributing to the strategic development and growth of the NSW Planning and National Heritage teams;
  • Proactively identify and mitigating commercial risk; and
  • Driving a culture of cross Business Unit collaboration to identify new commercial opportunities that aligns with Urbis & Cistri Group strategic objectives.
  • Taking a leading role in advising on the pricing of key commercial contracts or opportunities and where appropriate, recommending alternate pricing structures which will add value to the NSW Planning & National Heritage teams and clients.
  • Assisting Directors and Project Managers with commercial risk reviews of key tenders or client proposals and ensure compliance with Urbis & Cistri (‘Urbis Group’) risk management policies, frameworks, procedures, systems and reporting.
  • Proactive management of the working capital position of NSW Planning & National Heritage.
  • Partnering with the Directors to ensure the correct time capture, recording and approval of all NSW Planning & National Heritage employee timesheets.
  • In conjunction with the Finance team, running inquiries and reports based on project key performance indicators.
  • Liaising with Directors, Project Managers and the Finance team to resolve financial queries concerning contracts and project budgets.
