Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Head of Commercial Department at McLedger, you will be responsible for leading and managing the commercial activities of the organization. You will oversee the sales, marketing, and business development functions, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. Your strategic vision, strong leadership skills, and business acumen will be instrumental in shaping the commercial strategy and ensuring the department’s success.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong business acumen and a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving commercial targets.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop and execute effective commercial strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
