About the role

Your responsibilities will include·

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and objectives in the EMEA market.
  • Hire, train, maintain, coach and ensure the performance management of a commercial team comprised of the following functions:
  • Sales
  • Customer Support
  • Procurement
  • Repair Cycle Management
  • Own the relationship between Skyways Technics and its customers in the region
  • Oversee the daily commercial activities and ensure that all customer queries are handled in a timely and efficient manner, and that orders are delivered as per customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain relations with higher end customer management executives and stakeholders
  • Ensure on-time customer payment together with the credit control team
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to secure profitable agreements while minimizing risk.
  • Penetrate new markets and customers in line with the company objectives
  • Support the sales team on elaborate sales projects
  • Help the sales team identify new business opportunities
  • Define and execute the annual commercial targets and sales budget
  • Report to the team and management on monthly results
  • Implement group marketing actions and strategies
  • Monitor and develop the EMEA inventory level to match the market demand
  • Help in finding Spares package for acquisition & aircraft teardown candidate
  • Participate in exhibitions and trade fairs and handle their organization in collaboration with the Marketing Department
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, capability development, and operations, to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive threats to inform sales strategies and business decisions.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Travel regularly to visit customers and stakeholders (minimum 20% travel time expected)
