We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Manager to join our team. The Commercial Manager will play a key role in overseeing the commercial aspects of construction projects.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• 10 years+ post graduate experience with the Construction Industry
• CCS Experience
• Buildsmart System Experience

• Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure favourable terms and compliance with project specifications and legal requirements
• Overseeing contract execution, ensuring all parties adhere to agreed terms, and managing changes and variations in the contract scope
• Monitoring project expenses, managing cost overruns to keep the project within budget
• Producing regular financial reports for senior management, highlighting key financial indicators and potential risks
• Managing and resolving claims or disputes with client, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring favourable outcomes for the project
