Whelanapier, part of the Top Security Group of companies is seeking an experienced commercial manger to head up its fast-developing CCTV installation and Remote Monitoring division. Based in Lucan this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to expand our footprint in this area and take responsibility for managing a division within a larger group.
Top Security is Ireland’s largest indigenous independent security provider with over 40 years of experience in both Physical and Virtual security. We provide security solutions to a large and diverse client base.
The successful candidate must be experienced in managing both online and offline marketing campaigns and have a strong sales background.
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Executive who is commercially focused with an aptitude for technology without necessarily being technical themselves. An attractive package commensurate with the role and its responsibilities is available to the successful candidate.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• A minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar or related role
• Ability to deliver on agreed targets
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated, self-starter with an appetite for success
• Knowledge of the security industry an advantage but not essential

• Overall responsibility for divisional performance
• Achieve new business targets
• Develop sales for CCTV, installations and remote monitoring to new customers and upsell to our existing customer base
• Have full responsibility for developing and managing the marketing function
