Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Support Commercial teams by maintaining customer deals, prices and product related points in CRM, the SAP system and with wholesalers.
  • Key contact and support for sales employees on customer setup and advising on incentives and promotions.
  • Maintaining buying group memberships and wholesaler account mapping.
  • Customer loyalty and compliance analysis.
  • Ad-hoc commercial analysis, data handling and reporting.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in; Commerce or Business.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience within the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health industry. A combination of experience and education will be taken into consideration.
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Effective time management and the ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder)
