JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manages Operational and transactional aspects related to procure - to - pay process and day - to -day management of the supply base to ensure the efficient and effective execution of the sourcing strategy in local units. Ensures data integrity and continuous improvements of the functional aspects of processes and systems. Manages and supports local or regional cost and working capital optimization.

• Conduct root cause analysis and ensure ongoing performance of suppliers
• Lead incident escalations
• Formulate and implement cross-functional mitigation strategies for supply chain resilience
• Direct continuous improvement initiatives and track supply security measures across product categories
• Drive priority root cause resolution projects and track execution
• Manage and track Supply Security agenda across categories
• Collaborate with Supply on Supplier Performance, ensuring Safety Stock levels are maintained
• Proactive risk management and continual improvement to operations across the network by addressing root causes
