Commercial Planning Manager

An exciting opportunity awaits you as the Commercial Planning manager for Iittala & Nordic Brands!
This business unit consists of the amazing and iconic brands; Iittala, Arabia and Rörstrand. In this role, you will lead the commercial planning making sure the growth plans are in place and delivered timely by multiple teams. With analysis of the activities you will drive the learnings and securing the plans to lead the business forward.
The role is a full time parental leave cover from June 2024 until August 2025 based in Espoo, Finland and reports to our Senior Brand Marketing Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building the commercial plan and marketing calendar supporting the omnichannel sales targets. Ensure the calendar is driving the overarching concepts and seasonal themes and update the calendar on an ongoing basis
  • Facilitate and support the development of local version of the commercial calendar for our key markets and be the main contact for the local marketing activation teams to secure the execution.
  • Acting as the key connecting counterpart between core functions: eg. marketing, sales & merchandising. Guiding and syncing product and marketing activities.
  • Project managing the delivery of marketing content package and guidelines for the omni-channel experience, steering and owning the process and timings of deliverables from the multifunctional teams.
  • Internal BU consultant for the marketing budget planning, media spend and media roll-out planning
