Description:
YOUR TASK
As Commercial Growth Expert (m/f/d), you will be responsible for successful operation of selected propositions (primary TV Content propositions) across Deutsche Telekom EU Natcos. Your role will be focused also on roll-out, performance management and further enhancement of proposition with our new and existing partnerships across DT-Europe’s international markets ensuring we deliver innovative and competitive offerings to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Propositions operation: Ensure successful operation of propositions from commercial site including regular performance management and managerial reporting. Manage monthly invoicing process between partners, DTAG and Natcos. Manage budgets and support financial targets are met
- Proposition development: Engage and support proposition development with head of TV propositions. This includes market analysis, definition of the 4Ps as well as the value proposition, customer segmentation, competitive positioning, pricing etc. Develop business cases for new propositions, including revenue forecasting and cost analysis
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, including TV product team, Central IT, EU IT teams, Natcos and others as necessary to ensure successful execution of propositions
- Go to market: Develop or support development of go to market concepts together with partners and Natcos. Review of G2M performance with partners and Natcos and supporting corrective actions
- Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end commercial lifecycle of TV propositions, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives. Continuously evaluate performance against KPIs and make data-driven decisions to enhance or retire offerings
- New partner and proposition onboarding: Lead and coordinate onboarding of new partners and propositions. Support partner negotiations and contract development
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, assess competitive threats, and understand evolving customer needs
- Innovation: Stay abreast of technological advancements and regulatory changes that can impact the TV product landscape. Foster a culture of innovation to drive the development of disruptive and differentiated propositions
