As a Commercial Project Manager (m/f/d) with focus on project controlling you are responsible for commercial project management to ensure that our international projects in the field of cash cycle solutions and finishing solutions are carried out efficiently with regards to all commercial topics from contract signature to project closing. In the course of the project, you also focus on coordinating between the interface departments (Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Controlling, Tax, Insurance, Customs & Logistics) and customer/sales regarding the commercial orders.

• Assessment of relevant commercial KPI and risk review during execution phase
• Handling of letter of credit, bonds, etc. during project realization as well as continuous receivables management
• Monitoring receipt of goods, delivery and shipment dates and planning of shipments – if necessary, in alignment with Logistics
• Processing of invoices in accordance with the customer requirements and internal guidelines
• Reporting of project changes towards financial performance and project achievements or deliverables and contract compliance according to planned vs. actual costs and defined KPIs
• Financial planning, forecasting, data collection and reporting as well as project budgeting for individual solution projects
• Carrying out of project controlling for solution projects and reporting for relevant stakeholders
• Taking responsibility for special topics and projects and contributing your ideas for the further optimization of commercial handling and processes
