Responsibilities:

A Claims Consultant is the core of our claims experience and everything they do has the potential to make things better for our customers. Our consultants need to be available to assist our customers in their time of need creating closer relationships, being braver in exploring the best options for our customers and be able to work fast and efficiently to ensure a smooth and seamless claims process.
Customer Service – Interacting with our customers and assessing each situation on an individual basis to ensure correct and fair action is taken to progress their claim. Keeping the customer informed of their claims process via multiple communication networks such as telephone, email, etc. You will also be responsible for managing and resolving issues with customers and if necessary, follow the dispute resolution process.
Decision making - Researching, analysing and investigating information provided by our customers and supplier network to validate and assess Commercial, Rural and Personal insurance claims. Identifying fraud and potential recovery opportunities. Liasing with suppliers and repairers to ensure replacements and work are carried out in a timely manner.
Processing – Managing the settlement of claims and ensuring individual and team work lists are maintained up to date. Clear and concise records are to be kept of every interaction with our customers.
