SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• A desire to be in Real Estate
• Must have a Real Estate Certificate of Registration (Associate Agents Certificate) or be close to obtaining it
• A car and drivers license
• Living locally or knowledge of the East would be an advantage
• Strong admin and computer skills

Working alongside a longstanding team (4 – 15 years of tenure), this role will see you supporting two Commercial Property Managers. Provided with any necessary training, you will be responsible for:

• Take and address inquiries, and draft correspondence
• Conduct ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections
• Raise work orders & Coordinate repairs and maintenance
• General tradie and contractor management
• Approve invoices as well as Water, Council and Strata rates
• Drafting documents and Admin management
