QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Law or relevant CILEx level and previous experience of working in a Commercial Property role.

An ambitious 3–6 years PQE commercial property solicitor is required to assist the Head of Department build up a varied commercial property practice with some high-grade residential work, predominantly based in London and across the Southeast.
Working out of our London Bridge office, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen and must have a commitment to working with a diverse, business orientated team servicing clients active in a wide range of commercial sectors, with a particular emphasis on retail and hospitality.
A proactive approach and marketing flair are essential requirements for this demanding role.
The position would suit a candidate who has developed a sound commercial practice in their current position and who is now looking for a new challenge with excellent future prospects.
