We have an exciting new opportunity for a 0 – 3 year PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join Flynn O’Driscoll LLP reporting to Julian Cunningham, Partner. This is a permanent full – time position in our Dublin office, working Monday to Friday.
Flynn O’Driscoll LLP has an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor seeking to move into a great team and is presently inviting applications from suitably qualified solicitors with property experience, ideally gained in the property practice of a large law firm.
The role will be within the firm’s growing property team on a full-time basis in its Dublin office. The successful candidate will be a solution driven problem solver with a strong work ethic and drive to gain great legal experience. The firm has an excellent reputation as an employer with a strong sense of teamwork and fair play. Remuneration is competitive

Managing a diverse caseload of Commercial Property clients
Providing clients with quality advice and guidance
Dealing with all matters including sales purchases and the drafting of Licences, Leases, Transfers and Agreements
Drafting statutory Notices under Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
Undertaking research and preparing advice on various commercial property matters
Active involvement in business development for the Property Team
Undertaking any other relevant and associated duties assigned by the Partner.
